We strive to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. However, we understand that plans may change. Please review our refund policy carefully:

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before departure will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure or in the event of a no-show will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation by the Company

  • If the company cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient participation), customers will be entitled to a full refund or may choose to reschedule.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Visa fees, travel insurance, and government taxes.
  • Any services marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
  • Third-party fees such as airline tickets and hotel reservations (subject to the provider’s terms).

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Transaction fees or currency conversion charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Changes and Modifications

  • Customers may request to modify their booking up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability and any additional charges.
  • Changes to bookings may affect refund eligibility based on the new terms.
