Remarks

The accommodations at Asian Travel Agency accept several payment methods such as Cheque, Demand Draft, Debit Card, Credit Card, NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS. They impose a 1.8% convenience fee for Debit/Credit Card payments. A convenience fee amounting to 1.8% will be charged for all Debit and Credit Card transactions. Guests should issue payments through Cheques and Demand Drafts written to the name of “Asian Travel Agency.”

Payment Terms

Asian Travel Agency will supply all meals to guests when flights reach their destination during unscheduled times either early morning or late in the evening.
The cost of traveling determines according to Nonresident Indian citizen and migrant participant status. Additional information about rates is available by contacting your assigned travel advisor.
The booking executive demands valid identification from NRIs and foreign nationals when booking their tour while they also need to present passport copies and complete their registration details.
All standard hotel operations in India function with 1:30 PM check-in beginnings and 10:00 AM check-out conclusions.

What To Expect

Day 1

Travel Itinerary – Bangalore & Other Indian Cities to Dubai

For Scheduled Tour Guests (Bangalore to Dubai)

Travelers departing from Bangalore will report at Kempe Gowda International Airport as per their scheduled flight time to Abu Dhabi.

Upon arrival, our Tour Manager will assist with airport formalities and lead the group to Dubai, a
global hub known for its modern skyline and cultural richness.

For Scheduled Tour Guests from Other Indian Cities

Travelers from Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Delhi, and other metro cities will travel independently as per the flights booked by our agency.

Upon arrival, our Tour Manager will welcome them at the airport, assist with formalities, and guide them into the city.

Additional travel details and guidance will be provided by our Travel Consultant.

For Joining & Leaving (J&L) Tour Guests

J&L guests will join the group directly at the first destination, as per the information provided by our Travel Consultant.
They must book their own air tickets aligning with the scheduled group flight’s arrival and departure times to avail airport transfers with the group.
Guests arriving or departing outside the scheduled time will bear the cost of their own transfers to the designated hotel or meeting point.

Important Notes:

Standard hotel check-in time is usually 15:00 hrs onwards, subject to hotel policies.
Late-night check-in at the Dubai hotel for all travelers.

Burj Al Arab & Jumeirah Beach: Begin with a photo stop at the Burj Al Arab, the world-famous sail-shaped luxury hotel, followed by a relaxing stroll on the white sands of Jumeirah Beach.
Sheikh Zayed Road & Museum of the Future: Drive along Sheikh Zayed Road, the longest and most vibrant stretch in Dubai, home to the city’s stunning skyscrapers. Stop for a photo opportunity at the Museum of the Future, a futuristic architectural marvel.
Dubai Frame: Witness the grandeur of the Dubai Frame, a spectacular landmark offering breathtaking views of both old and new Dubai.

Our first stop is the magnificent Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, showcasing the harmonious blend of Islamic and global cultures. Marvel at its stunning onion-top domes, shimmering reflective pools, and the grand prayer hall adorned with the world’s largest chandelier and carpet.
Next, we visit Ferrari World, the first Ferrari-branded theme park, known for its record-breaking space frame structure. Enjoy thrilling rides, including Formula Rossa, the world’s fastest roller coaster, along with other exciting attractions like Speed of Magic, Viaggio in Italia, and Fiorano GT Challenge.
We then explore the newly opened SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, a marine life theme park and research center. Discover eight immersive realms, taking you on an incredible journey from the icy poles to the vibrant tropics, offering a unique experience for all ages.

Day 4

Begin your day with a scenic Water Taxi ride to the famous Gold Souk, Dubai’s traditional gold market. Whether you’re shopping for exquisite gold jewelry or simply admiring the dazzling displays, this visit is a true feast for the eyes.

In the afternoon, get ready for an adrenaline-pumping Desert Safari in a 4WD Land Cruiser, driving over the stunning Arabian Desert sand dunes. Experience the thrill of dune bashing, dune walking, and capture breathtaking views of the desert sunset.

Later, we head to an authentic Desert Camp, where you can enjoy traditional Arabic entertainment and cultural activities, including:

Later, we proceed to Abu Dhabi, where we visit the BAPS Hindu Temple, a stunning masterpiece built by the Swaminarayan Sanstha. The temple showcases exquisite architecture, intricate carvings, and vibrant decorations that reflect the rich traditions of Hinduism.

After the visit, we head to Abu Dhabi Airport for departure.
