Additional Information

  • You should travel with small luggage that contains only basic necessities. Each person should bring only one four-wheel suitcase that is either small or medium in size to get through the airport smoothly.
  • The essentials should be kept in either a cross-body bag or a haversack. You will stay comfortable while sightseeing and photography will become more accessible in this condition.
  • Wear smart caps along with sunglasses because they serve as essential items for all vacationers.
  • Customers of Asian Travel Agency will receive breakfast lunch and dinner service alongside specific treats from their itinerary while small sealed dry snack packets become useful for air travel and road trips.
  • Travelers visiting monsoon or wet conditions should bring small waterproof items like umbrellas and ponchos.
  • The universal adapter serves as an essential accessory when visiting international destinations because it allows camera and mobile phone charging.

Remarks

  • The accommodations at Asian Travel Agency accept several payment methods such as Cheque, Demand Draft, Debit Card, Credit Card, NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS. They impose a 1.8% convenience fee for Debit/Credit Card payments. A convenience fee amounting to 1.8% will be charged for all Debit and Credit Card transactions. Guests should issue payments through Cheques and Demand Drafts written to the name of “Asian Travel Agency.”

 

Payment Terms

  • Asian Travel Agency will supply all meals to guests when flights reach their destination during unscheduled times either early morning or late in the evening.
  • The cost of traveling determines according to Non resident Indian citizen and migrant participant status. Additional information about rates is available by contacting your assigned travel advisor.
  • The booking executive demands valid identification from NRIs and foreign nationals when booking their tour while they also need to present passport copies and complete their registration details.
  • All standard hotel operations in India function with 1:30 PM check-in beginnings and 10:00 AM check-out conclusions.

What To Expect

Day 1

Bangkok – Chiang Mai (3 Nights)

Scheduled tour guests, ‘Bangalore to Bangalore’ will report at Kempe Gowda International Airport, Bangalore, as per the respective flight departure time to proceed to Chiang Mai known for its cultural charm and natural beauty. Upon arrival at the airport, our Veena World Tour Manager will guide all guests with airport formalities and lead the way into the city.
Scheduled tour guests, joining from other Indian metro cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Delhi, etc., will travel independently as per their respective flight booked by Veena World. Upon arrival, Veena World Tour Manager will meet these guests at the airport and guide them with airport formalities and lead the way into the city.
Veena World Travel consultant will provide more information and guidance of the same.

Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will join the group on their own at the first destination as per the information and guidance given by the Veena World Travel consultant.
J&L guests should book their to and fro air tickets as per the arrival and departure time of the scheduled tour flight to get the airport transfers with the group.
In case of early arrival or early departure the transfer charges to reach the designated place or hotel will be borne by the J&L guests.

(Kindly note that the standard hotel check-in time is typically at 15:00 hrs onwards but may vary depending on the hotel’s policy.)

In the evening we visit night market.

Day 2

Chiang Mai – Chiang Rai – Chiang Mai

Today we embark on an unforgettable excursion to Chiang Rai, known for its beautiful temples, lush green countryside, and vibrant culture. Upon arrival, we visit Golden Triangle – Educational park at the border intersection of 3 countries – Thailand, Myanmar and Laos. Then we visit the famous White temple also named as Wat Rong Khun – a contemporary Buddhist temple with intricate white exterior symbolizing purity and enlightenment.

Day 3

Chiang Mai

Today we visit Elephant Sanctuary offering ethical elephant experiences, conservation efforts, and educational programs related to elephants’ welfare and habitat. Here take an Elephant Safari.
Then we experience thrilling Bamboo Rafting. Later we see Snake Show followed by visit to Bai Orchid and Butterfly Park.
In the evening we enjoy Khum Khantoke dinner with dance show.

Day 4

Chiang Mai – Phuket – Krabi (2 Nights)

Today we fly to Phuket. Upon arrival in Phuket we proceed to Krabi – known for its amazing sandy beaches.

Day 5

CKrabi

Today we explore the islands of Krabi by taking an exciting island-hopping tour which includes Phra Nang Cave, Tup Island, Chicken Island and Poda Island.

Day 6

Krabi – Phuket (3 Nights)

Today we visit Dolphin Show where we can see how smart, fast, and playful these amazing sea animals are. Later we proceed to Phuket. Upon arrival we explore, Ao Phang Nga National Park which offers scenic views of hundreds of limestone cliffs rising over the sea, followed by a visit to James Bond Island to see James Bond Movie ‘The Man with the Golden Gun’ famed the Needle Rock. Later we visit AR Trickeye Museum Phuket – a world of optical illusions and interactive fun.

Day 7

Phuket

Today we explore Phi Phi Island and take a tour through the tropical paradise famous for its natural beauty and colorful atmosphere.

Phuket

Today we visit Phuket Carnival or Phanta Sea Show. (Subject to operation)
Note: We will visit Phuket Carnival if the tour day falls on Monday, Wednesday & Saturday. If the tour day falls on Tuesday, Friday & Sunday, we will visit Phanta Sea Show.

Day 9

Phuket – Bangkok – Pattaya (2 Nights)

Today we fly to Bangkok. Upon arrival in Bangkok we proceed to Pattaya. In the evening we enjoy the famous cabaret show – Alcazar Show.

Day 10

Pattaya

Today we visit Coral Island. Here we enjoy parasailing and Speed boat ride. We shall view the colourful underwater life from the Glass Bottom Boat. We also get a chance to enjoy the various water sports like Banana Boat, water scooter, underwater sea walk etc. on your own. Later we visit Nong Nooch village – the biggest and the most beautiful botanical garden and enjoy Pottery Garden.

Day 11

Pattaya – Kanchanaburi (1 Night)

Today we head to Kanchanaburi – famous for its historic sites, stunning waterfalls, and the iconic Bridge over the River Kwai. Later we visit Samphran Elephant Ground and Crocodile Farm – Witness numerous crocodiles, including endangered species and stray elephants who are adopted, nurtured, and trained for shows.
Further we proceed to River Kwai bridge – a historic WWII landmark known for its significant role in the Death Railway. The bridge stands as a sorrowful reminder of the past, attracting visitors with its rich history and picturesque river views.

Day 12

Kanchanaburi – Bangkok (3 Nights)

Today we head to Erawan Falls. A wonderful seven-tiered waterfall famous for its emerald green ponds, serene jungle surroundings, and natural beauty. Later we proceed to Bangkok – The capital city of Thailand. Upon arrival we have free time to relax and explore the surroundings.

Day 13

Bangkok – Ayutthaya – Bangkok

Today we proceed to Ayutthaya by coach. Ayutthaya, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Thailand, is known for its ancient temple ruins, historical significance, and rich cultural heritage, showcasing the grandeur of the former Siamese capital. Upon arrival head to Ayutthaya Historical Park where we visit Wat Mahathat to see the famous Buddha head entwined in tree roots. Further explore Wat Phra Si Sanphet, known for its impressive ancient stupas. Later we visit Wat Chaiwatthanaram – a riverside temple with beautiful Khmer-style architecture. Visit Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon known for its large reclining Buddha statue and impressive chedi. Later we proceed to Bangkok.

Day 14

Bangkok

Today we visit Safari World – an open zoo where visitors can marvel at the animals living in their natural habitat. At Marine Park, there are a variety of exotic marine animals and shows like Orang Utang Monkey Kick Boxing Show, Cowboy Stunt Show, Sea Lion Show, and Dolphin Show. Here we get an opportunity to have the closest encounter with the rare and endangered species of the animal kingdom.

Day 15

Bangkok – Departure to Hometown

t’s time now to say goodbye—Phir Milenge!
Let’s stay connected through email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc., and look forward to meeting again on yet another memorable Veena World tour. See you all!
Tour guests will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled group flight departure time to start their journey back home.
Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will leave the group after the scheduled program. If these guests have flight timing and airport same as per the schedule group, they can avail the airport transfers with the group. If not then, any transfer charges to reach their respective airport, cruise, rail, or bus terminal will be borne by the J&L guests.
