Additional Information

  • You should travel with small luggage that contains only basic necessities. Each person should bring only one four-wheel suitcase that is either small or medium in size to get through the airport smoothly.
  • The essentials should be kept in either a cross-body bag or a haversack. You will stay comfortable while sightseeing and photography will become more accessible in this condition.
  • Wear smart caps along with sunglasses because they serve as essential items for all vacationers.
  • Customers of Asian Travel Agency will receive breakfast lunch and dinner service alongside specific treats from their itinerary while small sealed dry snack packets become useful for air travel and road trips.
  • Travelers visiting monsoon or wet conditions should bring small waterproof items like umbrellas and ponchos.
  • The universal adapter serves as an essential accessory when visiting international destinations because it allows camera and mobile phone charging.
  • Check that your clothes and feet-wear suit the location where you plan to visit.

 

Remarks

  • The accommodations at Asian Travel Agency accept several payment methods such as Cheque, Demand Draft, Debit Card, Credit Card, NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS. They impose a 1.8% convenience fee for Debit/Credit Card payments. A convenience fee amounting to 1.8% will be charged for all Debit and Credit Card transactions. Guests should issue payments through Cheques and Demand Drafts written to the name of “Asian Travel Agency.”

 

Payment Terms

  • Asian Travel Agency will supply all meals to guests when flights reach their destination during unscheduled times either early morning or late in the evening.
  • The cost of traveling determines according to Non resident Indian citizen and migrant participant status. Additional information about rates is available by contacting your assigned travel advisor.
  • The booking executive demands valid identification from NRIs and foreign nationals when booking their tour while they also need to present passport copies and complete their registration details.
  • All standard hotel operations in India function with 1:30 PM check-in beginnings and 10:00 AM check-out conclusions.

What To Expect

1

Day 1

Bali – Kuta (4 Nights)

Scheduled tour guests, ‘Mumbai to Mumbai’ will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, as per the respective flight departure time to proceed to Bali – largest archipelago of Islands. Upon arrival at the airport, our Veena World Tour Manager will guide all guests with airport formalities and lead the way into Kuta – a beach and resort area in the south of the island of Bali, Indonesia.
Scheduled tour guests, joining from other Indian metro cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Delhi, etc., will travel independently as per their respective flight booked by Veena World. Upon arrival, Veena World Tour Manager will meet these guests at the airport and guide them with airport formalities and lead the way into the city.
Veena World Travel consultant will provide more information and guidance of the same.

Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will join the group on their own at the first destination as per the information and guidance given by the Veena World Travel consultant.
J&L guests should book their to and fro air tickets as per the arrival and departure time of the scheduled tour flight to get the airport transfers with the group.
In case of early arrival or early departure the transfer charges to reach the designated place or hotel will be borne by the J&L guests.

(Kindly note that the standard hotel check-in time is typically at 15:00 hrs onwards but may vary depending on the hotel’s policy.)

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Tour Guests

Guests opting for our Joining & Leaving (J&L) package will join the group at the first destination as per the instructions provided by our Travel Consultant.

    • J&L guests should book their arrival and departure flights in coordination with the scheduled tour to avail of group airport transfers.
    • If arriving early or departing later than the scheduled tour, guests will be responsible for their own transfer costs to the designated hotel or meeting point.

Note: The standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM onwards (subject to the hotel’s policy). Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Day 2

Kuta – Ubud – Kuta

TToday we visit Tirta Empul – A Holy Spring water temple. We then visit Rice Terraces which offers scenic views of lush green rice fields. Later we drive back to Kuta. Upon arrival we visit the famous Tanah Lot Sea temple – A Historical Hindu temple and an iconic pilgrimage site, built on a dramatic rock formation in the sea. Capture the beautiful sunset while photographing in the back drop of Tanah Lot Temple. Later we enjoy local shopping at Krishna Bali.

Day 3

Kuta – Nusa Penida – Kuta

TToday we have an excursion to the beautiful island of Nusa Penida by a speed boat ride. Upon arrival, we visit the Kelingking Beach – a beautiful beach with coral rocks, pristine sands and crystal blue waters. Here we enjoy the stunning T-Rex cliff view point – a unique shaped cliff looks like a giant rock dinosaur with jaws wide open. We then see unique limestone formations at Angel’s Billabong – a natural rock lagoon with beautiful scenic seascape. We then visit Broken Beach – to witness the amazing views with rocky holes in the middle offering unmatched beautiful scenery. We return back to mainland by speed boat. In the evening, we enjoy Devdan show – a combination of traditional Indonesian dance activities with modern contemporary dance which represents the wide variety of Indonesia’s culture.

Day 4

Kuta – River Rafting – Kuta

Today we experience the thrills of White water rafting at Ayung River with a spectacular view of unspoilt rainforests, magnificent waterfalls and amazing stone carvings along the river banks. In the evening, we relax ourselves with a soothing Balinese Massage.

Day 5

Kuta – Bali – Kuala Lumpur (2 Nights)

Today we fly to Kuala Lumpur – the capital city of Malaysia. Upon arrival, we explore Putrajaya – a planned city, which serves as the Federal Administrative Centre of Malaysia. In the evening we visit the Observatory Deck of the K. L. Tower, which gives a marvelous view of the city.

Day 6

Kuala Lumpur – Genting Highlands – Kuala Lumpur

Today we proceed to Genting Highlands by one of the longest and fastest Cable Cars of South East Asia. Upon arrival, we explore this world famous entertainment capital. Here we visit Genting SkyWorlds Outdoor Theme Park – Southeast Asia’s most anticipated theme park.
Later we explore Kuala Lumpur city, we see the King’s Palace, Dataran Merdeka Square, High Court Building, National Mosque and Cricket Field. Further we take a photo stop at the backdrop of Malaysia’s famous landmark – Petronas Twin Towers located above Suria KLCC Centre.

Note: If you wish to visit Casino dress code is formals, Men – Trouser, Collar Shirt / T-shirt, Shoes; Women – Saree, Punjabi or western formal. (As per the universal rule, entry below 18 years of age is prohibited in casinos)

Day 7

Kuala Lumpur – Singapore (3 Nights)

Today we travel to Singapore by coach. Upon arrival, we visit Gardens by the bay to see Flower dome – the largest glass greenhouse in the world and Cloud Forest – a mysterious world covered in mist where we view world’s tallest indoor waterfalls and a lush mountain clad with plants from around the globe.
Get ready to witness a sound & light show (subject to operation) as the super tree grove lights up.

Day 8

Singapore

Today we visit Asia’s largest bird park – Mandai Bird Paradise. Immerse yourself in the symphony of colours and witness the amazing talent of the birds. Then we visit Observation deck of Marina Bay Sands Sky Park / Singapore Flyer which gives us panoramic views of the Singapore city.
In the afternoon, we proceed to Sentosa Island by cable car ride from Mt. Faber. Here we enjoy a ride in the highest open air gondola called the SkyHelix. Experience the thrill of speed and adrenaline as you race down the winding tracks of Singapore’s luge ride. Then we hop on Sky ride to top of the luge tracks while enjoying panoramic views tropical forest with a Singapore’s city skyline and the South China Sea.
Later we visit Images of Singapore, Madame Tussauds wax museum and 4D Marvel show.

Day 9

Singapore – Universal Studios – Singapore

Today we visit Universal studios which offers excitement, thrills and unlimited entertainment. Experience thrilling shows and attractions like Light Camera Action, Transformer, Accelerator ride, Revenge of the Mummy, Water world, Jurassic Park, Madagascar – A Crate Adventure, Donkey live, Shrek 4D adventure, Flying Dragon, etc. Then we take a mono-rail ride. In the evening we get entertained by a spectacular light and water show – ‘Wings of Time’.

Note: For the adventure lovers those who wants to do more rides, Universal Studios has Fast Pass service available at the entrance at an additional cost.

Day 10

Singapore – Departure to Hometown

Today we explore Singapore city, we see Suntec City, Fountain of Wealth, City Hall, Orchard Road, Swissotel the Stamford – the tallest hotel in Singapore, Parliament House, The Esplanade and take a photo stop at Merlion – Symbol of Singapore followed by a Bum Boat ride in Singapore River which gives us breath-taking views of contemporary architecture and iconic skylines.
It’s time now to say goodbye—Phir Milenge!

Tour guests will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled group flight departure time to start their journey back home.
Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will leave the group after the scheduled program. If these guests have flight timing and airport same as per the schedule group, they can avail the airport transfers with the group. If not then, any transfer charges to reach their respective airport, cruise, rail, or bus terminal will be borne by the J&L guests.
