  • You should travel with small luggage that contains only basic necessities. Each person should bring only one four-wheel suitcase that is either small or medium in size to get through the airport smoothly.
  • The essentials should be kept in either a cross-body bag or a haversack. You will stay comfortable while sightseeing and photography will become more accessible in this condition.
  • Wear smart caps along with sunglasses because they serve as essential items for all vacationers.
  • Customers of Asian Travel Agency will receive breakfast lunch and dinner service alongside specific treats from their itinerary while small sealed dry snack packets become useful for air travel and road trips.
  • Travelers visiting monsoon or wet conditions should bring small waterproof items like umbrellas and ponchos.
  • The universal adapter serves as an essential accessory when visiting international destinations because it allows camera and mobile phone charging.

Remarks

  • The accommodations at Asian Travel Agency accept several payment methods such as Cheque, Demand Draft, Debit Card, Credit Card, NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS. They impose a 1.8% convenience fee for Debit/Credit Card payments. A convenience fee amounting to 1.8% will be charged for all Debit and Credit Card transactions. Guests should issue payments through Cheques and Demand Drafts written to the name of “Asian Travel Agency.”

 

Payment Terms

  • Asian Travel Agency will supply all meals to guests when flights reach their destination during unscheduled times either early morning or late in the evening.
  • The cost of traveling determines according to Non resident Indian citizen and migrant participant status. Additional information about rates is available by contacting your assigned travel advisor.
  • The booking executive demands valid identification from NRIs and foreign nationals when booking their tour while they also need to present passport copies and complete their registration details.
  • All standard hotel operations in India function with 1:30 PM check-in beginnings and 10:00 AM check-out conclusions.

What To Expect

Day 1

Bagdogra – Gangtok (3 Nights)

TTour guests will arrive at Bagdogra Airport as per their scheduled flight. Upon arrival, Veena World Tour Manager will meet these guests at the airport and guide them with airport formalities and lead the way to Gangtok – a city situated amidst natural beauty.

Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will join the group on their own at the first destination as per the information and guidance given by the Veena World Travel consultant.
J&L guests should book their to and fro air tickets as per the arrival and departure time of the scheduled tour flight to get the airport transfers with the group.
In case of early arrival or early departure the transfer charges to reach the designated place or hotel will be borne by the J&L guests.

In the evening, we enjoy a short Meet & Greet session.

Day 2

Gangtok

Today we explore Gangtok city, we visit Ranka Monastery, Banjhakri waterfall, we enjoy a Rope Way Ride which gives us a splendid view of Gangtok city, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology and Dordul Chorten Stupa. Later we visit the Flower Exhibition Centre / Plant Conservatory, Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok and Tashi View Point to capture amazing views of Himalayan ranges. In the evening we enjoy the local folk dance

Day 3

Gangtok – Tsomgo Lake – Gangtok

Today we visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir – a holy shrine honouring Indian army soldier, folk hero and saint Baba Harbhajan Singh. Later we visit Tsomgo Lake – a high altitude scenic lake considered to be sacred by the Sikkimese. In the evening, we have some free time to explore the nightlife and casinos of Gangtok on our own.

Please note: Tsomgo Lake is situated at a high altitude, which may pose challenges for guests with certain health conditions. Furthermore, for minors, senior citizens, and guests with pre-existing medical conditions, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor before planning your visit to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Note: Foreigners and NRI’s are restricted to visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir as per Government regulations.

Day 4

Gangtok – Namchi – Darjeeling (3 Nights)

Today we proceed to Darjeeling. En-route we head to Namchi to visit the Chardham Temple – also known as Siddheshwar Dham where we can witness one of the tallest statue of Lord Shiva and Samdruptse Monastery to view the statue of Guru Padmasambhava with a height of 135ft.

Darjeeling

Today we enjoy white water rafting in Tista River.Later we have free time to explore the surroundings.

Day 6

Darjeeling

Today early morning we visit Tiger Hill to enjoy a mesmerizing sunrise on the Kanchenjunga Ranges. Followed by a visit to Batasia Loop, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI), Zoological Park and Tenzing Rock. Later we visit the Tea Estate where we get to click photos in the tea garden as well as taste local Darjeeling Tea. In the evening, we enjoy some free time for shopping.

Day 7

Darjeeling – Bagdogra – Departure

It’s time now to say goodbye—Phir Milenge!

Let’s stay connected through email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc., and look forward to meeting again on yet another memorable Veena World tour. See you all!
Tour guests will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled group flight departure time to start their journey back home.
Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will leave the group after the scheduled program. If these guests have flight timing and airport same as per the schedule group, they can avail the airport transfers with the group. If not then, any transfer charges to reach their respective airport, cruise, rail, or bus terminal will be borne by the J&L guests.

Darjeeling

Today early morning we visit Tiger Hill to enjoy a mesmerizing sunrise on the Kanchenjunga Ranges. Tour guests will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled group flight departure time for their return journey home.

Joining and Leaving (J&L) guests will depart after completing the scheduled itinerary. If their flight timing and airport match the group schedule, they can avail of the airport transfers. Otherwise, any additional transfer costs to reach their respective airport, cruise, rail, or bus terminal will be the responsibility of the J&L guests.

  • Yes, the destinations are suitable for all age groups. However, the hilly terrain and occasional long drives should be considered. Choose accommodations with minimal stairs and plan plenty of rest breaks.
