  • You should travel with small luggage that contains only basic necessities. Each person should bring only one four-wheel suitcase that is either small or medium in size to get through the airport smoothly.

  • The accommodations at Asian Travel Agency accept several payment methods such as Cheque, Demand Draft, Debit Card, Credit Card, NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS. They impose a 1.8% convenience fee for Debit/Credit Card payments. A convenience fee amounting to 1.8% will be charged for all Debit and Credit Card transactions. Guests should issue payments through Cheques and Demand Drafts written to the name of “Asian Travel Agency.”

 

Payment Terms

  • Asian Travel Agency will supply all meals to guests when flights reach their destination during unscheduled times either early morning or late in the evening.
  • The cost of traveling determines according to Non resident Indian citizen and migrant participant status. Additional information about rates is available by contacting your assigned travel advisor.
  • The booking executive demands valid identification from NRIs and foreign nationals when booking their tour while they also need to present passport copies and complete their registration details.
  • All standard hotel operations in India function with 1:30 PM check-in beginnings and 10:00 AM check-out conclusions.

 

What To Expect

Day 1

Arrival & Varanasi Ganges Rituals

  • For Scheduled Tour Guests (Bangalore to Varanasi) Travelers departing from Bangalore will reportat Kempegowda International Airport as per their scheduled flight time to Varanasi. Upon arrival, our Tour Manager will assist with airport formalities and lead the group to the hotel. In the evening, witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, one of the most divine experiences in Varanasi. Enjoy a boat ride on the sacred Ganges and explore the vibrant ghats of Kashi.
  • For Scheduled Tour Guests from Other Indian Cities Travelers from Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Delhi, and other metro cities will travel independently as per the flights booked by our agency. Upon arrival, our Tour Manager will welcome them at the airport, assist with formalities, and guide them to the hotel.
  • For Joining & Leaving (J&L) Tour Guests J&L guests will join the group directly at the first destination as per the information provided by our Travel Consultant. They must book their own air tickets aligning with the scheduled group flight’s arrival and departure times to avail airport transfers with the group.

  • Standard hotel check-in time is usually 15:00 hrs onwards, subject to hotel policies.
  • Late-night check-in at the hotel for all travelers.

Day 2

Kashi Vishwanath Temple & Sarnath Visit

  • Start the day with a holy darshan at Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva.
  • Visit Annapurna Devi Temple, Kal Bhairav Temple, and other sacred sites in the city.
  • After lunch, head to Sarnath, the place where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Explore Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, and the Sarnath Museum.
  • Experience the thrill of standing on top of the world at the Burj Khalifa, the tallest skyscraper, with panoramic views of the city from its 124th floor observation deck.
  • Enjoy local shopping in Varanasi for silk sarees, handicrafts, and souvenirs.

Day 3

Prayagraj & Triveni Sangam

  • Early morning departure for Prayagraj (approximately 3 hours from Varanasi)
  • Visit the Triveni Sangam, the sacred confluence of the Ganges, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers.
  • Perform rituals and take a holy dip in the Sangam.
  • Explore Anand Bhavan, the historical residence of the Nehru family.
  • Visit Hanuman Temple and the iconic Allahabad Fort.
  • Return to Varanasi in the evening and enjoy a leisure stroll along the ghats.

Ayodhya Spiritual Visit

  • Depart for Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Rama (approximately 4 hours from Varanasi).
  • Visit the sacred Ram Janmabhoomi Temple.
  • Explore Hanuman Garhi, a revered temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman.
  • Walk through the Guptar Ghat, believed to be the site where Lord Rama took Jal Samadhi.
  • Visit Kanak Bhawan and Sita Ki Rasoi, two historic temples linked to Lord Rama’s legend.
  • Return to Varanasi for an overnight stay.

Final Day – Morning Rituals & Departure

  • Begin the day with an early boat ride on the Ganges, offering a breathtaking view of the sunrise.
  • Visit the Manikarnika Ghat, one of the oldest and most sacred cremation grounds in India.
  • Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before checking out from the hotel.
  • Proceed to Varanasi Airport for the return journey.

Farewell & Departure

  • Tour guests will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled group flight departure time.
  • Joining & Leaving (J&L) guests will depart after the scheduled program. If their flight matches the group schedule, they can avail airport transfers; otherwise, any additional transfer costs will be borne by them.
