You should travel with small luggage that contains only basic necessities. Each person should bring only one four-wheel suitcase that is either small or medium in size to get through the airport smoothly.

Guests should issue payments through Cheques and Demand Drafts written to the name of “Asian Travel Agency.”

Payment Terms

Asian Travel Agency will supply all meals to guests when flights reach their destination during unscheduled times either early morning or late in the evening.
The cost of traveling determines according to Non resident Indian citizen and migrant participant status. Additional information about rates is available by contacting your assigned travel advisor.
The booking executive demands valid identification from NRIs and foreign nationals when booking their tour while they also need to present passport copies and complete their registration details.
All standard hotel operations in India function with 1:30 PM check-in beginnings and 10:00 AM check-out conclusions.

What To Expect

Day 1

Bangalore to Sri Lanka Tour Itinerary

Scheduled tour guests traveling from Bangalore will report at Kempegowda International Airport, as per the respective flight departure time, to proceed to Colombo – the commercial capital and largest city of Sri Lanka, known for its rich history as a key port in ancient East-West trade routes.
Upon arrival at the Colombo airport, our Bangalore Travel Agency Tour Manager will assist all guests with airport formalities and lead the way to Kandy – a picturesque city in the heart of Sri Lanka, renowned as the Tea Capital of the country
Guests joining from other Indian cities such as Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Delhi, etc., will travel independently as per their respective flight bookings. Upon arrival, our Tour Manager will meet these guests at the airport, assist with formalities, and guide them into the city.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:

J&L guests will join the group at the first destination as per the details provided by the Bangalore Travel Agency consultant.
Guests booking their own flights should align their arrival and departure times with the scheduled tour flight to avail airport transfers with the group.
If arriving or departing outside the designated times, guests will bear their own transfer costs.
