  • You should travel with small luggage that contains only basic necessities. Each person should bring only one four-wheel suitcase that is either small or medium in size to get through the airport smoothly.

  • Wear smart caps along with sunglasses because they serve as essential items for all vacationers.
  • Customers of Asian Travel Agency will receive breakfast lunch and dinner service alongside specific treats from their itinerary while small sealed dry snack packets become useful for air travel and road trips.
  • Travelers visiting monsoon or wet conditions should bring small waterproof items like umbrellas and ponchos.
  • The universal adapter serves as an essential accessory when visiting international destinations because it allows camera and mobile phone charging.

Remarks

  • The accommodations at Asian Travel Agency accept several payment methods such as Cheque, Demand Draft, Debit Card, Credit Card, NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS. They impose a 1.8% convenience fee for Debit/Credit Card payments. A convenience fee amounting to 1.8% will be charged for all Debit and Credit Card transactions. Guests should issue payments through Cheques and Demand Drafts written to the name of “Asian Travel Agency.”

 

Payment Terms

  • Asian Travel Agency will supply all meals to guests when flights reach their destination during unscheduled times either early morning or late in the evening.
  • The cost of traveling determines according to Non resident Indian citizen and migrant participant status. Additional information about rates is available by contacting your assigned travel advisor.
  • The booking executive demands valid identification from NRIs and foreign nationals when booking their tour while they also need to present passport copies and complete their registration details.
  • All standard hotel operations in India function with 1:30 PM check-in beginnings and 10:00 AM check-out conclusions.

What To Expect

Day 1

Ankara (1 Night)

Guests joining the scheduled tour from their respective departure cities will report at the designated international airport as per their flight departure time to proceed to Ankara, the capital and second-largest city of Turkey. Upon arrival, our tour manager will assist all guests with airport formalities and guide them into the city.

Guests traveling from other major cities such as Istanbul, Dubai, Delhi, Mumbai, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Bangkok, and Jakarta will travel independently as per their flight bookings. Upon arrival, our tour manager will meet them at the airport, assist with formalities, and lead them to the group.

For further details, our travel consultants will provide comprehensive guidance and support.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Tour Guests:

Guests opting for the Joining & Leaving (J&L) tour format will join the group at the first destination as per the itinerary and instructions provided by our travel consultant.

J&L guests should ensure their flight bookings align with the scheduled tour’s arrival and departure times to avail of airport transfers with the group. In case of early arrival or departure, additional transfer charges to the designated location or hotel will be borne by the guest.

The hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia is subject to weather conditions. In case of cancellations due to unfavorable weather, we will make every effort to reschedule the experience in Pamukkale. However, please note that balloon rides in Pamukkale are also weather-dependent.

If we are unable to proceed with the hot air balloon activity at both locations, a full refund will be provided.

Day 4

Cappadocia – Konya – Antalya (2 Nights)

Today, we journey to Antalya, a stunning resort city in Turkey known for its picturesque beaches, vibrant marina, and luxurious hotels. Along the way, we stop in Konya to visit the iconic Mevlana Mausoleum, also known as the Green Mausoleum or Green Dome. This historic site is the original lodge of the Mevlevi Whirling Dervishes and serves as the final resting place of Mevlana, making it a significant pilgrimage destination.

Day 5

Antalya

Today, we embark on an unforgettable journey through Antalya, beginning with a stroll through Kaleici, the city’s charming old town. With its narrow cobbled streets and beautifully preserved historic architecture, Kaleici offers a glimpse into Antalya’s rich cultural and historical heritage.

Next, we take a scenic boat tour, providing a unique perspective of the city’s stunning coastline and landmarks from the tranquil waters. We then pass by Hadrian’s Gate, a remarkable ancient structure built in 130 AD that once served as the grand entrance to the ancient city of Attaleia.

Our journey continues with a photo stop at the historic clock tower, an impressive Ottoman-era structure that stands as a symbol of Antalya’s past. Later, we visit the breathtaking Lower Duden Waterfalls, where the Duden River cascades dramatically over cliffs into the Mediterranean Sea, creating a mesmerizing natural spectacle.

To end the day, we unwind at Konyaalti Beach, one of Antalya’s most beautiful coastal spots, offering free time to relax and soak in the serene seaside atmosphere.

Istanbul – Departure

Today, embark on a breathtaking cruise along the Bosphorus Strait, a natural waterway of international significance that beautifully separates Europe and Asia. Enjoy the mesmerizing views of historic landmarks, stunning palaces, and vibrant cityscapes as you sail through this iconic strait.

Guests will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled flight departure time to begin their journey home.

For Joining & Leaving (J&L) guests, the tour officially concludes after the scheduled program. If their flight departure matches the group’s schedule and airport location, they can avail of the group airport transfer. Otherwise, any additional transfer costs to their respective airport, cruise, train, or bus terminal will be the responsibility of the J&L guests.
